With support from the Business Start-Up Grant, Flight Marketing Strategies & Solutions - a newly launched Glasgow-based consultancy - was able to kickstart its mission to help businesses grow through expert branding, content creation, and social media management.
Flight Marketing Strategies & Solutions is a newly launched marketing consultancy based in Glasgow, offering tailored, results-driven services in branding, content creation, and social media management.
Working closely with Ian Benson from Business Glasgow, the founder received one-to-one guidance that proved instrumental in shaping the business. These sessions covered key areas such as business planning, cash flow forecasting, and understanding legal responsibilities as a sole trader. This personalised support helped build a strong foundation and led to the creation of a professional business plan, which was essential in securing the £500 Business Start-Up Grant.
The grant funding enabled the purchase of vital equipment and services that elevated the business’s professional offering from day one. This included a MacBook Retina 13" for design, video editing, and client communications; a gimbal stabiliser for producing smooth, high-quality video content; and a Deluxe Web Hosting plan to ensure a fast, secure online presence.
The impact of this support was immediate and tangible. With the right tools in place, Flight Marketing Strategies & Solutions was able to present a polished brand image and deliver high-quality results to clients from the outset.
