The projects in this pitchbook represent immediate investment and development opportunities across the city region. Collectively they will make a significant contribution towards our net zero plans.
Taken as a whole, these pitchbook projects primarily relate to four umbrella United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:
Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District Scotland (AMIDS)
AMIDS is a brand-new innovation district being developed next to Glasgow Airport to take advantage of Scotland's manufacturing innovation and expertise in conjunction with academic centres of excellence.

Glasgow Riverside Innovation District (GRID) is a substantial development opportunity comprising four individual projects at varying phases requiring investors at all stages.
