Project Portfolio
Urban regeneration
Urban regeneration across the Region aims to deliver inclusive, sustainable growth by revitalising town centres, brownfield land, and key corridors. By aligning investment with climate, skills and connectivity priorities, the ambition is to attract jobs and homes while reducing inequality and strengthening communities for the long term.

With Glasgow ranked first in recent UK residential investment rankings, the Region is capitalising on strong market confidence to accelerate delivery across city centre living, regeneration sites and growing suburban and new‑community locations, aligned with sustainability and place‑making priorities.
