PROJECT OVERVIEW
Located in Glasgow’s West End, Yorkhill Hospital comprises the former Royal Hospital for Sick Children (RHSC), the former Queen Mother’s Maternity Hospital (QMMH) and other ancillary buildings. The former Yorkhill complex now houses the West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital (WGACH) which provides outpatient facilities and office accommodation in former wards.
The full site extends to 8.2 Ha (20.26 acres) and is accessed off Dalnair Street in the Yorkhill area of Glasgow's vibrant West End.
Yorkhill is recognised as a high profile and long-awaited development opportunity and one which is recognised by the market and Glasgow City Council to be a significant strategic site.
