GREEN INVESTMENT PROJECT PORTFOLIO

OVERVIEW

To support our transformation to a climate-resilient, carbon neutral city, we are offering a diverse portfolio, open for private investment. These projects represent priority areas for the city over the next 10 years, where there are high carbon savings and resilience benefits alongside wider social and economic ones. Across these prospects, we believe there are opportunities for either a strong role for private finance to accelerate delivery or, in some cases, a preference for the market to facilitate their roll out. Collectively they will make a significant contribution towards our net zero plans, as well as towards the COP26 priorities.

Taken as a whole, the portfolio of projects outlined within this prospectus primarily relate to four umbrella United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:

Given the need for long-term patient capital, we are committed to assessing the projects against the TCFD framework of physical and transition risk, to help potential investors understand how the projects will complement their existing portfolio of investments and provide confidence that they are investment-ready.
